Dr. Caraotta has performed Independent Medical Examinations since 1990.  In addition to being a Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist, Dr. Caraotta is a member of the American College of Chiropractic Consultants and is a candidate for diplomat status with them.  Dr. Caraotta has performed IME’s for several insurance companies including State Farm, American Family, Professional Evaluation Services, Querry and Harrow Law Firm, LTD, Intracorp, Healthlines and National Chiropractic Consultants.  If you would like to schedule a patient for an IME and /or send records for review, please call our main line at (815) 398-4004 and leave a message with one of our receptionists.
